He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Rod" Jones and Gladys Hall Jones; his wife Elsie; and his brothers, Hagen, David and Harold.

He is survived by: his children, Terri, Mark (Teresa) and Greg (Beth); his grandchildren, Madison, Cameron and Anna; and his siblings, Virginia Long, Sarah Pratt and Arthur. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crestview Baptist Church, 6600 Salem Ave, Clayton, OH 45315.
