It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur L. Gantner of Brookville, Ohio, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Russell and Arthusia Mae Gantner (Strange); and his siblings, Frances Hattie, Bob, Leonard, David, Luther, John and Elmer Gantner.
He is survived by: his wife Saundra Gantner; his children, Darold Gantner (Karin) and Kari Ellis (Charles); his grandchildren, Haleigh Gantner, Hayden Gantner, Nicole Evans (Jordan), Michael Ellis, Madalynn Hoer (Jacob) and Charles Ellis (Tori); and his great grandchildren, Hudson Evans, Copeland Evans, Sumner Evans, Daphne Evans, Maeve Hoer and Monroe Hoer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (220 Waynes Trace Rd, Eaton, OH 45320).
