He was predeceased by : his parents Joseph and Marilyn (nee Burrell) Potash; and his sibling Mark Potash. He is survived by : his lifelong friend and spouse Jacki (nee Gaumer); his child Michele Incorvia; his grandchildren, Christopher and Adam Incorvia; his step-children Kelli and Matthew Freeman; and his significant other Pup P Dog Potash. Also survived by mother, sister, and broth-in-laws, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help alleviate medical expenses.
