He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie; his children, Mark (Carole), Dale (Jennifer), Lynn Palmer (B. J.) and Lora Croftcheck (Chris); his grandchildren, Erik (Jessica), Brittany Mazzino (Justin), Antonia, Madison, Alexis, Gage, Esme, Cade and Eve; and his great grandchildren, Jocelynn, Fletcher, Camille, Rosalie, Graham, Luca and Leilani.
