He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sullivan (Baird); his daughter Sara Kish (Paul) of Orangeville, OH.; his siblings, Loretta Sullivan of Hammond, IN, Sandra Billante of Daphne, AL, Patricia Sullivan of Charlottesville, VA, Cheryl Sullivan of Robinson Twp, PA, Bob Sullivan (Claudia) of Brentwood, CA and Timothy Sullivan (Edie) of Freedom, PA.; and his grandson John Kish. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
