He was predeceased by: his father Dale Gene Leyshon. He is survived by: his mother Beth Leyshon; his wife Mindy; his daughter Chelsea; his son-in-law Chad Romanowski; his grandson Cole Romanowski; and his siblings, Cheryl Tiber (Paul), Laurie Bresnahan (Michael), Steve Leyshon (Danielle) and Pam McCarthy (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
