She is survived by: her son Kenneth L. Baxter, Sr. of Youngstown, Ohio; her grandsons, Kenneth L. Baxter, Jr. and Steven M. Baxter, Sr.; and her great grandchildren, Steven M. Baxter, Jr., Alissa Baxter, Chloe Baxter and Colton Baxter.
As suggested by her family, memorial contributions can be made to the church c/o the funeral home.
