He is survived by: his parents, Jim Sydlowski and JoAnne Sydlowski; his wife Melissa Sydlowski (Mills); his brother Jamie Sydlowski (Kristi); his brother Stephen Sydlowski (Mindy) of Masury; his nieces, Julie Sydlowski and Megan Nicholson; his parents-in-law, Patricia Mills and Gene "Fuzzy" Mills (Joyce Klabnik); his sister-in-law Rebekah Patton; his nephew Anthony; his niece Angelina Patton; his brother-in-law Christopher Mills (Melissa); his nieces and nephews, Riley, Alex and Kennedy Mills; and also Dana Sydlowski of Vienna.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial donations be made directly to the church using P.O. Box 22, Brookfield.
