He was predeceased by: his parents, Taylor L. and Irene Benford Ervin Sr.; and his brothers, Taylor L. Ervin Jr., Ralph E. Ervin and Stanley D. Ervin.
He is survived by: his brother Phil Ervin Sr (Chaneta); his niece Godchildren; and also, Donna Marie Ervin of Warren, Patricia A. Price-Johnson (Bert) of Liberty Township, Janice L. Ervin of Fairburn, GA and Minister Chrystal Lynn Rollison (Tony) of Lorain. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
