He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wlodarski and Lottie Wlodarski (Zaborowski); his wife Jean Ann George; his children, John "Jay" Wlodarski and Janice Cassidy (Wlodarski); his parents-in-law, Thomas and Rose George (Bara); and his siblings, Bernard Wlodarski and JoAnn James (Wlodarski).
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie DeMay (Tim) of Fowler, OH, Jennifer Wallace (Brian), Sharon, Joy Squibbs of Struthers, OH and Jody Passen (Ron) of Millersport, OH; his children-in-law, Cheryl Wlodarski of Hubbard, OH and Phillip Cassidy of Brecksville, OH; his grandchildren, Timmy DeMay (Julie), Adrienne Fritz (Marc), Holly Ruheim (Alie), Allie Johnson (Phil), Nicole Wallace, Kelsey Wallace, Megan Larman (Tim), Mikey Squibbs (Mariah), Mason Squibbs, Jonathan Wlodarski, Jake Cassidy, Lydia Cassidy and Grace Cassidy; his great grandchildren, Ava, Zane, Gabe, Luke, Caroline, Vivian, Olivia, Leah, Anna, Joey, Aria and Mila; his sister Marlene Smith (Jack); and his sister-in-law Evelyn Wlodarski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and godchildren.
