He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frederick, and Anna May Frederick, Sr. (Cyphert); his wife Paula Armstrong; his stepdaughter Wendy Shuttleworth; and his sisters, Sharron Lingenfelter and Judy Dempsey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karyn Gerke (Lynn) of Garrett, IN and Kelly Anderson (Jason) of Buckley, WA; and his stepchildren, Merilee Siege (Tim), Pamela Giroski (John) and Robert Kapsa, Jr. (Sandi). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
