He is survived by: his wife Tammy Kondilas; his sons, Donald Jacob Glen Davis of Cuyahoga Falls and Christian Davis; his brother Glen E. Davis Jr. of Brookfield; and his aunt Sandy Dudas (William) of Brookfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
