He is survived by: his children, Frederick Rupert (Yvonne) of Spring Hill, FL, Sheldon Rupert of Youngstown, OH, Penny Burnett (Randy) of Champion, OH, Tammy Jarrett (Wayne) of Vienna, OH and Eric Rupert of Brookfield, OH; and his brother Donnie Rupert. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
