She is survived by: her husband Daniel G. Smith; her granddaughter A. J.; her children, Daniel J. Smith (Chrissy Babos-Smith) of Sharpsville and Anita Smith (Pete) of Brookfield; her grandchildren, Ian (Michelle), Trevor Smith, Abraham and Mrofchak; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Smith, Jacklynn and Renee Munnal; her brother Jim Haynie (Penny); and her cousin Susan Heath.
