She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Kocis and Helen Louise Kocis (Wishart); her sister Marie L. Jakubec; and her husband Peter "Pete" D. Berecek. She is survived by: her sisters, Sandra H. Maybee of Burghill, Elaine A. Kocis of Howland Township and Norma J. Palm (Allan) of Cortland, Ohio; and her stepchildren, Pete Berecek (Tracy) of Brookfield, Dan Berecek (Dori) of Vienna, Patty Scharba of Brookfield and Tammy McCarthy of Erie, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews; and her 12 grandchildren.
