It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa F. Hahn of Brook Park, Ohio, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard and Margie; her siblings, Mary Ann Jirsa (Charles), Richard, Jr. (Diane), Janet Muchewicz (Jerry) and Frank (Connie); her nieces and nephews, Zach Jirsa, Jenny Zenz (Chad), Gene Hahn (Kayla), Sharon Bohland (James), Jerry Muchewicz (Christina), Jason Muchewicz (Adrian), Jorden Dean (Nate), Justin Muchewicz (Violett), Kristen Hahn and Brittany Hahn; and her pets, Molly and Rocco.
