It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ellen Moncrief of Brook Park, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Jeannine; her husband Thomas; and her brother Kenneth Roby (Carol). She is survived by: her children, Laura (Jeff Melvin) and Daniel (Inna Kaminecki); her granddaughters, Alana Melvin and Anastasia Moncrief; and her siblings, Mae Gibson (Thomas) and Fred 'Skip Weber.
