She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna DelVecchio Costanzo and Salvatore Costanzo; her sister Deborah Hammel (Brian); and her nephew Joseph Cook. She is survived by: her sisters, Diane Cook (Edward) and Corinne Deming; her niece Jennifer Hess (Matthew); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicolina, Shea and Emma Hess.

The family asks those in attendance to wear a mask.
