He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn; his children, Lynn Newton (Bill) and Laureen Kwan (George); his grandchildren, Billy Newton (LaKeshia), Olivia Newton (Gene Vance), Alexander Kwan (Lacey Rasmus) and Christopher Kwan; his great grandchildren, Damion, Gia, Johnny, Genna, Sara, Lailani and Brayden; and his parents, Lawrence Kolar and Edith Kolar.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Thomas P. Perciak Family Residential Hospice, 18659 Drake Rd., Strongsville, OH 44136.
