He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his children, Ken (Teresa), Heather Futrall (Doug), Kevin, Kellyann Rolen and Michael (Michele); his grandchildren, Alex, Tyler, Samantha, Austin, Zachary, Jeremy, Mallory, Josh, Jessica and McCade; and his great grandchild Faye.
