He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Montgomery and Lillian Montgomery; his wife Jacqueline Green Montgomery; and his siblings, Raymond Montgomery, Howard Montgomery, Ray Montgomery, Jim Conley, Alvin Whitt and Marie Montgomery.
He is survived by: his children, Connie H. Mundy (Ronnie) of Philippi and Stuart L. Montgomery (Terry) of Ocala Florida; and his siblings, Roger Montgomery of Ohio, Linda Conley of Ohio and Audrey Kelly of Chapmanville, WV.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
