He is survived by: his wife Debra "Debbie" Block; his children, John Block of North East, Steve Block (Joanne) of West Virginia and Mary Kimble (Andy) of Lake County, Ohio; his father Lafe Block; his grandchildren, Logan, John Jr., Hannah Lynn and Hudson; and his brothers, Tom Block (Pam) of Amherst, Don Block of Findlay, Rick Block of Amherst and Rock Block of Grafton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hempel Funeral Home (373 Cleveland Ave, Amherst, OH 44001). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
