He is survived by: his wife Connie Franks; his children, Angela Lemonovich (Jason), Harry Franks II, Lonnie Franks and Candy Mitchell; his grandchildren, Bailey, Cheyenne, Brianna, Jason, Kayden and Landon; and his brothers, Marshall Franks, Isaac Franks Jr. and Sam Franks.
