He was predeceased by: his wife Bessie Jane; his parents, Garrett Holdway and Anna Holdway; and his child Sandy Ziegler. He is survived by: his children, Randy Holdway (Vicki) and Candy Brown (Ken); his siblings, Flora Lee Bihari, Louise Shelton (Lowell), Gladys "Red" Johnson (Bob) of Oscar, J. D. (Linda), Billy, Jimmy and Robert; his grandchildren, Heather Novak, Lindsey Patchen (Beau), Jared Brown (Becca), Jordan Pope (Kevin), Justin Brown (Joanna) and Benjamin Holdway; and his great grandchildren, Seth, Sam, George, Ezra, Ava and Eliza.
