He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex and Phyllis; his sister Joyce Campbell; and his mother-in-law Anna Wohlgemuth. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Daniel Douglas, Michael Douglas (Melissa) and Dezerae Daniels (Anthony); his brothers, Jeff Douglas (Debra), Garry Douglas and Michael Douglas; and his father-in-law Ronald.
