She was predeceased by: her husband Charles B. Smith; her parents, W. H. Bolger and Anna; and her brothers, William and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Sara "Sally" Heston (Newton) of Broadview Heights, OH and William C. Smith (Kathryn) of Bethlehem, PA.; and her grandchildren, Heather, Todd Heston, Brendan and Lauren Smith Ward. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
