She is survived by: her children, David Dziak (Mary), Daniel Dziak (Jessica), Sandra Kennedy (Mark) and Eugene Plascak Jr. (Michele); her grandchildren, David Jr., Lauren, Savannah, Calvin, Rosie and James; and her sibling Dickie. She is also survived by her family, friends.
