She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Elmer Ingram and Urania Smith; her husband David S. Brown Sr.; her daughter Carolyn L. Brown; and her siblings, Patricia A. Ladd and Donald J. Ingram.
She is survived by: her sons, David S. Brown Jr. (Carrie) and William I. Brown; her grandchildren, Brittany A. Milford (Nicholas) and Madisen T. Stacks (Kendall); and her great grandchildren, Weston Stacks and Ayla Stacks. She is also survived by the extended family of her 21 nieces and nephews.
