He was predeceased by: his parents, Salim and Hind; and his siblings, Camille (Miladi), Elaine Jacobs (Fred) and Edward (Corrine).

He is survived by: his wife Justine; his children, Bassam Khoury (Aneta) and Dr. Wissam Khoury (Josette Monachino); his grandchildren, Samantha, Beckett, Ashton, Jake, Luke and Ethan; and his siblings, Nawal Akar and Dunia McPherson (David).
