We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2019, at the age of 63, Regina Gail Lew (Bristolville, Ohio), born in Morgantown, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin and Ruth Ann Austin (Pounds); and her siblings, Virginia Whitehair, Calvin and Donnie Austin.

She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Lew of Bristolville, OH; her children, Tammy Elliott (Keith) of Leavittsburg, OH, Billie Jean Russell of Cleveland, OH, Heather Morgan (Jim) of Newton Falls, OH, Frank Henderson (Carolyn Barnett) of Windham, OH and Matthew Lew (Jessica) of Champion, OH; and her siblings, Debbie Smithley of Windham, OH, Charlene Austin of Southington, OH and Grant Austin of Champion, OH. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
