He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Overly and Hulda Overly (Goswick); and his siblings, Dorothy Preston, James, Paul, John and Gene Overly.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Gahagan of Burgoon; and his sons, Mark (Emily) of Punxsutawney, PA, Brian (Kimberly) of Dayton, PA, Todd (Debra) of Burgoon, OH and Daniel (Diane) of Punxsutawney, PA. He is also survived by his sons, grandsons and great-grandsons.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Bristolville Church of the Brethren, 6410 Thompson Clark Rd, Bristolville, OH 44402, or a random act of kindness may be done in his honor.
