He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Miller and Ruth Cooper Miller; and his siblings, Roy, Charles, Edwin, Adam, Arthur Miller, Viola "Daddle" Baum, Ruth Dugan, Catherine "Daisy" Glecker Payne, Leona Homlitas and Helen "Cleo" Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Kalister Miller; his daughter Paulette Durst (Bruce) of Bazetta, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tiffany Lambert (Butch) of Clarksburg and Jesse Durst (Amanda) of Farmdale, Ohio; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Lambert, Kami, Luke and Ally Durst. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and great nephews.
