We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2020, at the age of 80, Patsy Ann Clutter of Bristolville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rice and Thelma Rice (Cummins); and her brothers, Richard Rice, Donald Rice and William Rice.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest N. Clutter of Bristolville, OH; her children, Michael Clutter (Tracy) of Bristolville, OH, Karen Clutter of Hartford, OH and Mark Clutter (Joyce) of Parrish, FL; and her sister Mary Jane Rice of Arkansas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
