He is survived by: his son Randy Cummings (Sherri) of Warren, OH; his stepchildren, Michael A. Mazzitelli (Patricia) of Salinas, CA and Linda Mahan (John) of Bristolville, OH; his granddaughter Rhonda Cummings; and his stepgrandsons, Sean Mazzitelli and Michael Mahan (Courtney).
