He is survived by: his children, Melissa Jenkins (Jason) and Michael B. Settle; his brothers, Russell T. Settle, Dale Settle (Michelle) and David Settle (Monica); his brother-in-law Robert Anthony; and his grandchildren, Evan, Kaiden, Audrey and Olivia Jenkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481).
