She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Church and Mabel Hix Church. She is survived by: her son Rev. James; her brother Gail Frederick Church (Hermina Joy) of Champion; her husband James L. Koehler, Sr.; her son-in-law Keith Carter; and her brother William Church. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren.
