He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Strope and Lenora O. Warrick Strope; his wife Ruth Joyce Strope; his sons, Doug and Dennis Pierce; and his siblings, Chester Strope, Jay Strope, Harold Strope, Donnie Strope, Wilbur Strope and Imogene Lucarelli.
He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Jean Strope, Linda Gillon (Dick), Mark Strope, Dave Pierce, Jim Pierce (Connie) and Kenneth Strope, Jr. (Tiffany); and his siblings, Carroll Strope, Melvin Strope and Nettie Antil. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
