He is survived by: his parents, Bradford Parker and Allie Elizabeth Parker (Bennett); his wife Juanita "Joan" Parker (Applequist); his children, Trudy Joann Hathaway (Skip) of Bristol, Joseph Bradford Parker, Jr. of Bristol and Sonia Lynn Clark (Michael) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Shannon Smith (Brian), Bethany Vasbinder (Thomas), Brian Hathaway, Alexandra Nichols and Anthony Clark; his great grandchild Parker Vasbinder; and his sisters, Carol Sue Semanco (Mike) of Cortland and Elizabeth Ann Jordan (Norman) of Weathersfield.

The family requests no flowers be sent, but rather donations be made to the Bristolville Church of the Brethren.
