He is survived by: his girlfriend Rebecca Williams; his girlfriend's daughter Brandie Hall (Thomas); his siblings, Shirley Hottenstein (Dave), Darlene Chace (Jim), David Slusher (Terri), Brenda Byler (Jonas), Renee Addicott, Rita Slusher, Connie Melvin (John) and Rebecca Church (Donald); and his grandchildren, Hailee, Benjamin, Abigail and Ethan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
