He is survived by: his children, Timothy Finlaw (Darlene) of Cortland, OH, Wendy Culbertson of Roaming Shores, OH, Scott Finlaw (Judy) of Bristolville, OH and Heidi Christlieb of Austintown, OH; and his grandchildren, Timothy Finlaw (Susan), Jamie Finlaw, Corey Culbertson, Brian Culbertson, Shaun Culbertson, Adam Finlaw (Megan), Jennifer Strohm (Logan), Alana Harkleroad (Eric) and Todd Christlieb. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
