It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas R. Pierce (Bristolville, Ohio), born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on September 15, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond W. Pierce and Ruth L. Strope; and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his stepfather Kenneth Strope, Sr.; his brothers, David Pierce, Jim Pierce (Connie) and Kenneth Strope, Jr. (Tiffany); and his stepsiblings, Mark Strope and Linda Gillon (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bristolville Church of the Brethren, 6410 Thompson Clark Road Bristolville, Ohio 44402.
