He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Sr. and Thelma Burkett (Daugherty); and his sister Dee. He is survived by: his wife Patricia McGann Burkett; his daughter Debra; his grandson Andrew of Jacksonville; his stepchildren, Ron (Linda), Terry (Sandy) and Kim (Michelle); and also Chuck. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
