She is survived by: her children, Michael F. Kufchak Jr. (Danielle) and Elizabeth M. Peterson (Jason); and her grandchildren, Christopher Collins, Zachary McMillion, Chase and Grace Kufchak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
