Burkey (Chris) of Killbuck, Larry William Burkey (Penny) of Shreve, Shirley Ann Duncan (Dale) of Brinkhaven and John Wade Burkey of Killbuck; his grandchildren, Bobbie Burkey, Brian Burkey, Joseph Duncan (Sherry) and Jamison Burkey; and his great grandchildren, Preston and Peyton Burkey.
