He is survived by: his children, Richard W. Neal (Nancy) of Shreve and Patricia Sutherland (Barry) of Brinkhaven, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Richard D. Neal (Gwen), Michael Neal and Rachael Neal; his great grandchildren, Andrew and Evelyn Neal; and his brother David Neal (Tamie).
