Darrell E. Helms Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2025, at the age of 88, Darrell E. Helms of Brinkhaven, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Darrell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Darrell farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Helms and Florence Helms (Bunner). He is survived by: his wife Dortha Helms (Logston); and his children, Terry Helms (Connie), Laura White, Roger Helms (Debbie), Kevin Helms (Tammy) and Stanley Helms. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fischer Funeral Home (403 High St, Danville, OH 43014). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
