He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Eastham and Phyllis M. Eastham Hallmark (Parr); his daughter Diana Lynn Eastham; and his brother Robert "Gene" Eastham. He is survived by: his wife Frostie Eastham (Loppe); his daughters, Billie-Jo Anderson (Ron) of Rayland, OH, Kathy McClain (Edward) of Fremont, OH and Jennifer Eastham of Steubenville, OH; his stepson Rusty McLean of Carrolton, OH; his siblings, Ellie Polito (late Rich) of Taylorsville, NC, Nancy Mains (late Dave, Sr.) of Rayland, OH, Debra Snider (Charles) of Bloomingdale, OH, Roger Eastham (Samantha) of Rayland, OH and Linda McCain (Dan) of Mingo Junction, OH; and his grandchildren, Dylan McLean (Renee), Sarah Allen, Sadara Allen, Zach Hartley, Coda Anderson, Katie Anderson and Blake Anderson.
