"Rex" Blanchard of Mingo Junction, OH; her children, Terrie Barnhart of Weirton, WV, Lewis Barnhart (Susie) of Melbourne, FL, Marcia Barnhart of Mingo Junction, OH and Cindy Barber of Selma, NC; and her siblings, Willis Watkins of Wallace, WV, Sharon Jo Fowler of Plano, TX and Debra Rogers (Rich) of Bridgeport, WV.
