It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Brandon of Brilliant, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Albert F. Brandon and Alice L. Brandon (Loobey) of New Alexandria, OH.; her brother Wade Brandon (Tracy); her nephew Connor Brandon; her niece Rachel Brandon of Streetsboro, OH; and her close friend Chuck Bell of Mingo Junction, OH..
