She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. and Charlene Taylor, Jr. (Freiling); and her siblings, Charles Daniel Taylor, Michael Douglas Taylor, Sandra Wolosyn and Jodi Lynn Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband David Lee Millard, III; her children, David Lee Millard, IV (Roxanna) of Climath Falls, OR, Jeremy Jeorge Millard (Reba) of Buckland, Alaska and Amanda Moore (LeAnna) of Follansbee, WV; her siblings, George Ronald Taylor (Memory) of Flushing, OH, Marilyn Kim Hilderbrand (Steve) of Columbus, OH and Loretta Lynn Taylor of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Michael Millard, Sarah Millard, Sean Millard, Jordan Millard, Tristen Millard, Morgan Millard, Lucas Oliver Millard and Penelope Jade Millard; and her great grandchildren, Rowan Millard and Dexter Millard.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the family has decided not to have a memorial service for Susie at this time.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Brilliant Christian Church, 323 High St., Brilliant, OH 43913.
